  1. I have received several questions on my May 15 memo regarding support for
  2. NetWare 9000 and the transfer of support responsibilities from Innovus to
  3. Hewlett Packard.  This memo is intended to clarify my original message.

  5. HP Apollo Comprehensive Maintenance Service Availability
  6.  
  7. NetWare 9000 is available for the series 700 and 800 workstations.  HP Apollo
  8. Comprehensive Maintenance service is currently available on all 700s and
  9. two user 800 series.  The program will cover all 800s as of August, 1992.
  10. Between now and August, I recommend that we direct high-end 800 customers
  11. to sign up for ResponseLine service.  We will need to assure that the customer
  12. understands that ResponseLine does not include any network fault isolation.
